It started in the cinema. Falling in love with the spaces and settings I saw on the screen, I wanted to be a part of bringing them to life. I started working as a location scout for film and television and travelled the country to find some very specific interiors and exteriors. After a few years I felt the desire to engage more with the hidden treasures I came across, so I started staging different events, dinners and weddings at these unique places. Over the course of the past 12 years I have managed and styled around 200 gatherings in this way. This has given me a rich understanding of both the opportunities and the challenges of working in diverse locations, translating the needs of clients into spatial designs.

The love for unique spaces and settings still fuels my passion, and forms the basis of my work. As an event designer I like to approach every job with a strong sense of concept, an understanding of mood, color, composition and layout. Designs that are timeless, detailed and devoid of fuss. I’m always looking for harmony and like to present a setting in its most natural form.

I’m very open to different collaborations and like to work with individuals, brands and companies that inspire me. Whether it’s a private gathering, a product launch, a photo shoot, a small wedding or a business event, I’m always happy to assist and consult in bringing together a concept that makes sense and feels authentic.
